Returns Policy

At Nutristar, we aim to provide complete peace of mind with your purchase. You can easily return or exchange any item within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Important Note: For claims related to damaged or incorrect items, we request that you provide video evidence of the unboxing process. Unfortunately, we are unable to process claims for damaged goods without this video proof.

Cancellation Policy

If your order or any item within the order has not yet been dispatched, you are eligible to cancel it. You can easily cancel a recently placed order by navigating to My Account > My Orders and selecting ‘Cancel’ for the relevant order. You will be notified of the cancellation status within 30 minutes.

For prepaid orders, the refunded amount will be credited back to your bank account within 24-48 business hours, depending on your bank's processing time. If the order is already in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. In the event that the order is refused at delivery, we will issue a refund once the product is returned to our warehouse.
