The bar is sweetened only with dates. It contains No added refined sugar. No fancy sugar substitute. No artificial sweeteners. Nothing.
This bar contains peanuts and is made in a facility which also process nuts (pine nuts, tree nuts, sesame). Hence, please avoid the bar if you have nuts allergy.
