It contains 20g protein which will provide you about 40% of your protein requirement which will aid to manage your daily dietary needs.
This protein bar is 100% veg. We don't process anything non-veg in our production facility either.
The product is not vegan. The whey protein comes from milk.
The bar is sweetened only with dates. It contains No added refined sugar. No fancy sugar substitute. No artificial sweeteners. Nothing.
This bar contains peanuts and is made in a facility which also process nuts (pine nuts, tree nuts, sesame). Hence, please avoid the bar if you have nuts allergy.

To be eligible for it, your item must be unused, unopened and product packaging should be intact as you received.
