How to Use
You need to dissolve your dose of glutamine (5 grams) in at least 250ml of either hot or cold liquid of your choice. Shake it vigorously and then consume it before, after or even during your workout. Mixing the dose in soft foods like pudding, yoghurt etc. will do too. Consuming it all at once is preferable.

Great app, smooth and easy to use! However, I’ve noticed that some items are out of stock for extended periods. It would be great if stock was replenished every 10-15 days, especially for those of us looking for different flavors in Whey isolates. I hope Nutristar will fix this soon!
