Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) have many health benefits. They play an important role in the proper functioning of our brain (15% of omega-3s are present) by ensuring normal transmission of nerve impulses, stimulating mental concentration and memory. In addition, their positive effect on cardiac activity is also one of their strengths. Indeed, they can reduce the risk of cardiovascular accidents. OMEGA 3 of QNT is composed of 13% EPA (900 mg for 5 capsules) and 9% DHA (600 mg for 5 capsules), giving you a sufficient intake to ensure your body a very good level of omega-3 and thus participate in its optimal functioning. The benefits of these two fatty acids can be obtained from a 250 mg dose, which is far exceeded by the OMEGA 3 formula from QNT. Great app, smooth and easy to use! However, I’ve noticed that some items are out of stock for extended periods. It would be great if stock was replenished every 10-15 days, especially for those of us looking for different flavors in Whey isolates. I hope Nutristar will fix this soon!
